ChristCare Wellness Center was created to address a growing need for accessible, relationship-based primary care in the Leominster community. Meet Your Provider
Dr. Nancyver Lafleur-Omeler, DNP, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with nearly 20 years of healthcare experience. She provides compassionate, patient-centered care across primary care, chronic conditions, and women’s health. Fluent in English, French, and Haitian Creole; Spanish-speaking is also welcome. She is dedicated to serving diverse communities with excellence.
